2000 Pontiac van vibration

I have a 200 pontiac montana van it has a viberation in steerin wheel between 35 and 65 mph I have replaced struts but didnt coccect problem any sugestions? I am thinkin trans and motor mounts

It's not a wobble type vibration is it?
