Ford Focus Engine Problem
When driving my car (fast or slow), the car makes a surging/pulsating motion. What could cause this?

Do you have a check engine light and also when was last tune-up? Check the fuel pressure if its within specs and also go here: http://www.2carpros.com/articles/engine-surges

My check engine light has been on since I got the car, but everything looks fine under the hood.

You have problem within the engine management system that's causing the CEL to come ON. Take it to the nearest Autozone and have it scanned for OBD2 code/s and comeback if any present-
