2000 Chevrolet Express Repair Question

Rough running chevy 5.7l
I have a 2000 chevy express 2500 w/5.7L. it runs rough. recently had a full tune up and fuel pump test. fuel pump is within specs but on low side. no check engine light on. feels more like a timing/advance problem than a misfire. any thoughts?

1.Defective spark plugs
2.Inadequate spark/coil,defective spark plug wire.
3.Lack of compression
4.False air leakage.
5.Faulty fuel injectors.
6.Insufficient fuel pressure.
7.Contaminated fuel.
8.EGR valve that is leaking.
9.Oxygen sensors.
10.Throttle position sensor.
11.Manifold absolute pressure sensor
12.Mass Airflow Sensor
13.Idle air control valve

thanx. i forgot to mention that it is an intermittent problem. does that change your advice at all?

Yes it does, you got to catch it on the run a tough thing to do
