The numbers are the pin connect reference numbers, now please tell me that you have not tried to open the throttle by hand. As this can seriously damage the throttle motor drive, if pins have come out of the plugs, they may be damaged as well, it is not just a matter of plugging them back in, the connections must be perfect as any high resistance will cause problems, what codes are you getting, and how did the problem start in the first place, did you damage the loom trying to unplug it?

I replaced the throttle body gasket and the air filter and throttle air mask looks like turkey neck. I then tried to start it started and stopped so I thought one connection was connect right so when I took it back a loose the pps1/2 broke and I could not connect it any more so I slice another wire into eacd of the 4 pin keeping the colors as they where. P1000 0223 and stability tracs, and falsafe I cannot go over 25 mph

The throttle position sensor is the cause of your problem I feel, the P0223 is a bad input signal from the TPI, the P1000 is not showing up in my data base, I would consider a replacement TPI.

High idle can be a tpi, throttle body, idle air control motor vacuum leaks, this will have to be check first hand by a qualified tech.

I am thinking that the PPS will be damaged or sending a bad(high resistance) signal due to the wiring fault.
