 I am trying to change the oil in my 1998 Jag but I can't seem to remove the oil drain plug. Also it is making a horrible clicking noise when I first start it, then it goes away after a few minutes. What could this be? Thank you.

Sounds like it slow to oil the engine. Be sure to use the manufacturer recommended oil weight

The noise may be the secondary tensioners the plastic will break off. Need to go to dealer or qualified notice I said qualified mechanic to do if not done right will possibly cause engine damage. The drain plug should just come off unless it was cross threaded
