1999 Honda Civic Repair Question

Accleration loss

My civic (auto) seems to loss acceleration or power when it shifts into 3rd gear it'll go then you could hear it slowly dieing off or losing power? could it be due to a vacuum leak or any worn gasket?

scan for codes and check fuel pressure. then if ok check vacuum at intake if 15" or belwo at idel suspect clogged converter.

what do i need to check the fuel pressure and where is it located it?

there sould be a connection on the fuel rail if not you'll hav eto get adapters. alot of auto parts store have that for rent.pressure should be 47-52 psi. yo have to remove a banjo bolt on rail to test and disconnect battery before doing so.
