my 1999 ford taurus is makeing a whining sound on driver side

it only makes whining sound when i start it and before it warms up. soon as it warms up it seems to go away

it not low on power steering fluid and my turning is smooth but alittle loose anything else?

the noise only happens when i crank it and before it warms up on driverside near or under air hose running to intake
