the engine when starting is increasing and lowering the escalation

Dunno what it is-but if the idle is going up and down -clean the idle air control valve and see what happens

the problem is that the engine is running up and down without touching the gas pedal when starting. but when running the car for a while the engine is running ok.

I haw cleaned ,its a bit better but still the same .Its runs up and down ...but when the engine reaches its temperature the engine runs fine.I don't know wot to due

hi I want to ask about idle air control valve. I haw unscrewed and left connected to the cable.then I turned the key to see if the valve
is opening .its has open just a little bit ..like 1mm and a noise was
coming from the valve .is this normal?

It should make a snapping noise if you turn the key on and off

yes is was making a snapping noise ,,so its means that is working?.and I made the test bi turning the key and holding the buton on the car and a code was flashing,I checked on the interned wot the code means and the was ( Ignition Run Circuit Open). bath I don't know wot its means.
