99 4 wheel drive lights flash and will not engage. i already replaced actuator and selector switch on dash.

is the actuator getting POwer? is the switch getting power.

Yes to both. But I dont know on what pins (4 total) should have power or when to the actuator. Ordered a Dorman 600-901 4WD Transfer Case Shift Motor Encoder last night. Could this be the problem? If not its returnable. Thanks
