I have a manual shift, new process 261 ldgm transfer case. Will apush button,new process 246 gm transfer case work for me? Can i put my shifter on to the 246 gm. I have a 2004 silverado ext cab 4.8 motor.

I checked with a gm guy i know and he said not simple procedure. you need the adapter for the back of the trans, both driveshafts and all the wiring and vacuum.

not easy and definitely not cheap
