1999 Chevrolet Blazer Repair Question

I have a 99 Chevy Trailblazer s10. I replaced the heater core and now it will turn over but not start... Any suggestions?

I took the dash back apart and reconnected the wiring and it started and ran for a few days, but now it will turn over but not start?
