What is causing this water leak and how easily could it be fixed

Water is leaking into the passenger side floorboard when the A/C is running on my 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee

If it is water, if is from the AC. Locate the AC drain on the fire wall (pass side) Low. Check to see if it is plugged. Clean it and it should stop the leak.

If it is coolant you are seeing, it will need the heater core replaced.

Where exactly is the A/C drain and how easy is it to access?

It is under the hood, on the firewall, lower section on passenger side. Easy to access when on a lift. It may be tough from the top.
