1998 Honda Civic Car overheating

Replace everything except water pump. What could be the problem. I did everything new radiator new coolant I literally did everything Ive tried to loook up the answers and it's not clear. It's a 98 civic it overheats when started

Conduct a coolant pressure test you may have a leak some place, check around the block, head gasket, water pump, and all coolant hoses. If no leak found with pressur test. Check your thermostat has it ever been changed?
