Ford F-150 Engine Problem
What is the best way to change spark plugs in my 5.4l without messing up the threads

First take time be patient warm engine then blow debris from plug holes. Get couple cans CARB cleaner use good tight fitting plug socket start by applying tighting pressure to plug then reverse if plug moves continue tighten and reverse then sprsy liberal amount of carb cleaner in plug hole IE threads. Let set continue rocking and spraying until plug is out. Good Luck
