I had to replace the hydroboost in my van. I have good power steering but I have no brake pedal at all. I can not bleed them because the pedal will not pump up. I have installed the hydroboost correctly. I was told it might have a vapor lock in it. Is this possible? What do I do.

Did you check the master cylinder? If you have power steering, then the unit is working. Your issue is in the brake system.

Is the fluid full? Is there any brake flkuid leaks on the ground? Was this the issue prior to replacing the hydro boost?
