1998 Buick Lesabre Repair Question

Buick turns over will not start power windows dont work and seAt will not go back but the fuses are good. What could this be?
It is not the battery or fuel pump and the check engine light isnt on

check the fuses and see if you are getting owr to starter. if you are hit the body while trying to start if it starts you need another starter. try resetting your anti theft-turn key on until theft light goes out then turn off then try to start. for the windows check the three things i have pointed out first. then the switches and motors.
