Speedo not working / gas gage not stable

1996 jetta 2.0. The fuse/relay box came out of bracket. Now speedo does not work and gas gage reading is not stable. Wires are all intact.

As far as the speedo, check the vehicle speed sensor. Also, you need to follow the wiring to see if it disconnected or came loose at the opposite ends. They may be tight at the relay block, but damaged at the other end.
