Vacuum leak maybe
1996 mercury sable turn key all the way off then start car then dies immediately step on gas pedal doesn't make a diference
car will start every time if you turn key all the way off but then dies doesn't idle or anything just dies

when you're starting it if you hit the gas it it will start with high r.p.m. but you can't keep it running it just dies ,do you sti
