Hard starting when hot outside

1996 mercury sable. when it is hot out side my sable won't start and idles roughly and stalls on take off.

see if any codes show up on scan. could be MAF sensor or ECT or TPS or leaky injectors or vacuum leak etc. when was last sparkplug change?

spark plugs changed yesterday, fuel filter 2 weeks ago and oil and filters changed a month ago.

i generally just look for faulty hoses with cracks breaks splits disconnects.
