Electrical problem?

I have a 96 Honda Civic automatic. Last Sat I lowered the passenger side power window about a fourth and it would not go back up. Then later in the day while driving it, it started********, the speedometer kept bouncing all around, the check engine light came on and lights (brake lights) started going on and off. Obviously a problem in the electrical system?

It could be more than one fault. Erratic speedometer are usually due to faulty Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) and would trigger the CEL.

It could also be a fault with the Integrated Control Unit.
