AC and heater blow air thru the floor vent and defrost vents but not the middle vents, the ones that blow right at you. Thanks.

There are vent doors that direct the air flow throughout the vehicle. You need to check them (under the dash) to see if they are operating properly.

check the vacuum line that runs into the relay center from the engine. It will be a hard plastic line from the engine and runs close to the blower motor. It is either leaking broken or not connected. The vents cant move without vacuum. If that line is ok. then you can remove the AC/Htr controls and check the the vacuum lines are still connector to the selector switch. The outer trim around the switches will just pop off if you pull on it.
