1995 GMC Sierra Repair Question

Runs rough/ no power
5.7 liter runs rough. replaced starter, altenator, spark plugs, wires, dist cap, rotor, throttle positioning sensor. back fires out the throttlebody. right exhaust manifold runs red hot. no power
