What do I need to do to fix this issue?

It hesitates and has no power. I've changed all of the plugs and wires, had the coils tested, checked all of the injectors, changed the oil and fuel filter and checked the EGR Valve and tube.

Are there any trouble codes stores in the computer? Is fuel pressure within spec? Have you checked the throttle position sensor?

I would start with that. It could be several things, but what I mentioned is usually where the problem comes from.
