94 fleetwood. Low beam works, not hi beam. Also cruse not engaging. Can I just have parts replaced or do I have to replace the entire multifunction switch?

The cruse sets sometimes if you play with the multifunction switch. The green light does come on when it works. The same switch will not let me turn the hi beams on. So I can;t get far enough to see if the blue light on the dash lights up.

The multifunction lever is bad. The dimmer switch is mounted on the steering column. Check the voltage on headlamp harness for the high beams.
