Ok, you have good fuel pressure. Do you have a noid light to see if the injectors are being commanded to fire?

The injectors may have varnish build up from lousy fuel and may be clogged

Good afternoon asemaster6371, as you advised I lifted the plate and car started, after a couple seconds it died, but I was amazed that it actually started, I may have been a bit to carefull before, im going to check everything over before I continue any farther I hear a little wine in feul pump, but it quits when it builds pressure, as I stated it has set for a while almost two years looking at work order from the repair shop it was at, I was looking at intake manifold where injectors go in and noticed feul leaking around that area, im going to look it over good, these guys had the whole top end off for a while, I put head on and hooked everything up as book said, I am wondering if I can get some info on cold start valve, how it funtions, I have book and will study some more, Thank you for all your help, I need to see how feul dist works as well, THIS SITE IS A LIFE SAVER, I will be checking back in later, Again Thanks, C.
