The ranger died while driving. Has gas in it and cranks over. Would you say fuel pump?

WHEN IT'S NICE AND QUIET

WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY TO "ON". CAN YOU HEAR THE FUEL PUMP HUM FOR A SECOND OR TWO?

'NUTHER CHECK YOU MIGHT TRY IS TO TAKE THE SNORKEL OFF OF THE THROTTLE BODY----GIVE IT A 2 SECOND BURST OF "STARTER FLUID" THE TRY IT. THIS MIGHT EZily TELL YOU WHETHER TO CHASE A "NO SPARK ISSUE" OR A "NO FUEL ISSUE"

IF IT FIRES UP FOR A SECOND---YOU HAVE SPARK, BUT NO FUEL

IF IT DOES NOTHING---YOU PROBABLY HAVE NO SPARK

YOUR TURN
