When I turn the key on the fuel pump keeps running on a cold start and the truck will not start If I leave the key on for a few minutes sometimes the fuel pump will stop and the truck will start and run fine. If I tun it off and try to start it right away it will start If I leave it off for a few minuts the pump will keep running and the truck will not start Is it the fuel pump?

Hello .. thanks for the donation .. much appreciated

Start by replacing the fuel pump relay !!

Fuel Pump Actuation
When ignition switch is turned to START position, PCM operates fuel pump relay to provide fuel for starting engine. PCM senses engine speed and shuts off fuel pump by opening ground circuit to fuel pump relay when engine stops or speed drops to less than 120 RPM. When ignition switch is in ON position, EEC power relay is energized (contacts closed). Power is provided to fuel pump relay and timer in PCM. Fuel pump receives power through fuel pump relay contacts.
