I have a 1993 ford escort gt with the 1.8 in it and it keep flooding itself out when it runs.I can drive it for about 10 min till it will just die once it dies it wont start back up for about 1 hour or 2. I have replaced the fuel pump and filter spark plugs and wires and the air filter. Im lost on what else to try.

Why do you think it 'floods' out? Check the color of tips on your new plugs to see if they are black/fouled?

They are black but I have been unplugging my fuel pump when I want it to die and it will start back up fine when I plug it back in.

Could be a bad fuel pressure regulator which allows fuel to pass directly into intake thru vacuum line.
