Why am I losing power

I'm losing power when I drive I can't get past 50

Check fuel pump pressure and regulator, check for vacuum leaks, chek that catalytic converters to make sure they are not plugging. Also, if the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned to identify possible trouble codes. Most parts stores will do it for free.
