Engine Performance problem
1992 Chevy Camaro V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a 1992 camaro with a 350 engine. I feel like this car is jinxed. I have done a complete tune up on the car (spark plugs, cables. Checked distributor, oil change, checked the rocker arms and pushrods, simply everything!) I have taken it to mechanics and yet the problem persists (occasionaly). Well the problem is that the begins to shake when accelerating and feels like it has no power at all. But on somedays it feels great. Why does this happen. Please help. Im desperate!

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked to make sure the catylatic converter isn't plugged? I've even seen mufflers plugged. Either will cause a loss of power.

If these things have been checked, can you tell me what the mechanic has checked thus far?

Unfortunately no light has come on and I don't think the light will ever come on either because of the engine swap (fyi I have no oxygen sensors either). I have also deleted the catalytic converter for more power. I have not checked the muffler but my question is, how come this is not a constant problem, some days the car feels fine. The car is meant pretty much for race and the engine is very basic, (no sensors and stuff like that that would cause the engine light to come on) please help!
