Toyota Camry Battery Problem

So my camry had been running until one day I started it up and it was missing then died. Now it will turn over but not crank and run. The radio stopped working and the headlights don't work. Is there some type of fuse that controls all this.

first, have the battery checked as it may be dead from failure or bad alternator.

There's nothing wrong with the battery. It spins over fine it just won't crank up. And all the other electrical stuff stopped working
