1992 Camry LE Headlight Question

Hopefully you guys can help me out. I have a 1992 Camry LE with 259,678 miles on it. I don't really know much about cars except for the basics; change oil, check fluids, change a flat and put gas in it.

My problem is that the right front lights just went out. (Just got a ticket for this.) I figure it would be a simple light bulb change. Turns out the low beams don't work but the high beams are fine.

Any suggestions on what you guys think I should check on?

Thanks,
Darthpaul

Could be a headlite L/R fuse or the headlite control relay.

What is a L/R fuse and where can I locate the headlite control relay? I suppose I need to pick up one of those repair books for the camry.

Should be in the engine compartment on the distribution box.
