1990 Honda Accord

My 1990 Honda Accord will start and stay running, but the radio won't turn on and the automatic seat belt will barely move. I put it in gear and was able to drive but when I push on the gas the engine barely sputters. Any ideas what this could be?

Check the charging system and the battery. Most parts stores will do both for free. If the vehicle is having a hard time starting, it sounds like an electrical issue. NOTE: If the alt and battery are good, check for weak or damaged grounds.
