1988 Honda Accord seat belt relay switch location

I have a 1988 honda accord my battery goes dead i checked the voltage in fuse box i have a short in the seatbelt in the seatbelt system i cant find the seatbelt relay switch the seatbelt motor clickes on the passanger side i unpluged the moter and i still have a short at the battery can you help me thank yor vernal00

There's no relay it has a switch, check the seat belt switch see below
