1990 Honda Accord automatic seat belts/ power windows/shift

Bought a 1991 honda accord, auto seatbelts didnt work i noticed the plug under the pass seat was un plugged, i plugged it in belts worked 1 cycle that was it, now i dont have seat belts, power windows, rear defroster some dash warning lights, and shifter wont come out of park when brake depressed,checked all relays and fuses that i can find dont see nothing wrong. appreciate any input thx

Hi raypoe1,

Did you check the fuses under hood? Horn, stop and hazard light uses the same fuse.

Check if the brake lights are working. If they don't work, the interlock system would prevent the gear shift from being shifted out of park.
