I have replaced fuel pump, and there is no fuel gowing through lines to throttle body.

You need to check voltage and ground at the fuel pump connector, first, engine cranking.

The tan wire with white tracer is voltage for fuel pump. Black is ground where applicable, it may ground through tank or straps. My info didn't show ground wire.
