Ihave replace the master cyc. And brake pads. But when I start the car I can hear air coming from under the dash

Saturn didnt come out till 1991 so you must have a 1997?Sounds like a bad brake booster not holding vacuum. You can test it with a hand vacuum pump. But it sounds like a bad brake booster and the master was most likely good I havent replaced many of those in all my years with saturn.
