car doesnt turn on

car doesnt turn on
battery,starter, and alternater have been cheked and passed...when i turn the key nothing happens...before this happend,the starter would turn very slowly

battery,starter, and alternater all these are good-now its time to check and the starter relay, transmission range switch and the ignition switch-Double check connections-

connections are good, um also when i turn the key the radio lights and everything else does turn on but the car doesnt start or make any noise
