Wrecked into pole driver front side?

First my tire on my passenger front came off rim, so I replaced tire drove it home then the front driver side tire when backing up will not move. It does look like some hose is disconnected.

Can you upload a picture of the damage and the hose? Is the body touching the tire? It sounds like the brake line is kinked or you have a CV axle that is damaged I will know for sure once I can see the damage/hose.
