Won't turn over pop the clutch?

Switch won't work but I can pop the clutch to start it, I assumed it was the brake light switch

It sounds like the starter motor is not working, to be sure we need to test the trigger wire for power when the key is in the crank position and the clutch pedal depressed. This is a super good video so we can see what the problem is:

It is the small wire going to the starter motor solenoid. You may need to raise the car up to get to it. If you upload images I can help walk you through it.
