Wont start Code P0688

Replaced fuel pump.
Replaced ECM.
Getting code P0688.

This Code is "no voltage sensed at PCM when the ASD (AutoShutDown) relay is energized. Check fuse #14 30 amp and fuse #25 20 amp, in the left side panel in the engine compartment.
This feeds the ASD relay and the ECM. The ASD relay powers up the Fuel Injectors and from fuse #25 sends a power signal to the ECM that the ASD relay is energized.

This is all from the 2.4 liter engine though. So needing the engine size and sub model Is necessary.
