Motor and windows do not work. When windows do not work car will not start. When they work then the car will start.

In the diagram, you can see the power window circuit breaker and the radio fuse, when problem is ongoing, use a test light and check for voltage at circuit breaker and radio fuse. As you can see voltage to circuit breaker is hot all the time. Voltage to radio fuse goes hot with key on. So, if no voltage at radio fuse when problem is ongoing, have to check feed to and from ignition switch.
There are other ways to test. If vehicle cranks good but will not start, have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the spark plugs, if no spark, check primary voltage to ignition module, usually goes hot when you turn on the key. Just my opinion.
