I was in stand still traffic for an hour and half when my car over heated and started a small fire. Then water released from water hose and put fire out right away. I replaced the harness the tow truck driver said, it looked like my fuel line was hanging out.

This may be a security system issue, but as it has had a small fire and water was released it is best that a mechanic looks at this first. It may be something more serious and needs to be physically looked at.
