My vehicle is not revving up is idling perfect complete loss of power.
it is showing no fault codes on computer. Have put in a new fuel filter and checked the lines for cracks. Have also changed the accelerator sensors with another Jeep and vacuum sensors on the injector pump. Any other ideas an what it could be?

Good morning,

My first thought is the exhaust. Make sure the exhaust is not restricted so the engine cannot breathe.

When you changed the fuel filter, was it full?

Do you have a scan tool to monitor the pedal sensor to see if it is sending a signal to the ECM for throttle?

Thanks for the reply.
I disconnected the exhaust and it's not restricting the engine. Scan tool is showing read okay, fuel filter was full and was reasonably clean.

What was the voltage reading on the pedal sensor when you pushed down the pedal?

The sensor runs on 5 volts. The voltage on the signal line should change when you push the pedal down. It could go up from.75 volts or go down from 5 volts depending on the wiring.

When idling it shows.75 and is going up to 4.5. As I push a pedal down I have noticed the turbo kicking in at 1,000 rpm's when I accelerate even when it's only accelerate to 1,100 rpm's.

Okay, then it sounds like you may have a fuel delivery issue.

Do you have any way to test the fuel pressure to the pump?

Roy, my Jeep has run fine the last few days and started to not rev out again. I cleaned out the EGR valve and was going better after. But I have noticed the fuel return pipe has no fuel coming through. Any thoughts?

Okay, Jeep? Is this another truck?

If it is. Please start a new question and I will be happy to help you with it.

We can only deal with one vehicle per question.
