Timing Chain replaced and all locking tools used. Car will now not start. Car turns over but no sign of starting. Could this be a fuse, or sensor? Etc all help appreciated.

Any codes? Do you have spark, injection pulse and fuel pressure? Check these first.

Also make sure that you have injection pulse and make sure that the spark is strong, and fuel pressure is correct, do not assume that all is correct check and make sure.
