I was in the process of checking fuses and bumped into to lock button and end up shutting the door and locked the keys in the truck. So I used a slim Jim to get in and it's no longer starting as in it has no power to the ignition at all, but it did before all of this happened. I checked the starter, fuses, relays, battery, but everything tested good. The engine light is on but was also on when it was starting. I haven't put a scanner on it yet. Also the anti theft light does blink.

Sounds like you have an active security event which means we need to disarm it. I attached the process on how to do this but unfortunately we need to use a scan tool to access the module and enter it into the 10 minute delay process so that the PCM stops thinking it is trying to be stolen.

Take a look at this info and let me know if you have questions but more then likely this will need to go to a dealer or shop that has this tool that is able to do it unless you have one.
