My vehicle unlock door as normal put key in and turn nothing no dash lights no start has new battery and new starter. I do not seem to be getting power. Any ideas?

I am not familiar with your car model, but a common cause of this on all car brands is a bad connection at the under-hood fuse box. Follow the smaller positive battery wire to that connection and be sure it is clean and tight.
