My car first wouldn't start only when it would rain or sit too long and then it would dry and start right up and drive great. Now it has stopped starting, it cranks but will not turn over. I have replaced the distributor rotor and cap, the gasket kit, the wires and spark plugs and the ecm (computer) and it still will not start. UUUgh i'm spending alot of money with no results and I love my car it has alot of new parts. My mechanic states it is not the fuel pump or starter. Please help what could it be?

Scan for codes first it may be something like wiring going to crank or cam sensor, bad sensors, or an ecm that has water init.
