Wobbly gas pedal and loose cable to throttle body?

So I was working on something else and noticed my gas pedal and assembly is very wobbly under my dash so I followed the cables under the hood and the cable under the hood going from the throttle body to some type of box by the air filter housing ha a bit of slack in it but the other one that goes down into the fire wall doesn't at the throttle body but does a slight bit as it winds down to the firewall so I googled it and it said something about tightening a bolt but I can't see it any suggestions
