For the engine and under the driver’s side seat right before the gas tank there’s two plugs and they were both cut off. I bought a truck that some tweakers got a hold of and thought they could make it better it ran before then they cut all the wires and it wouldn’t start, so I bought it for $200. Nice little light truck for me to just get in and go out instead of motorcycle.

Good call, here are the engine wiring diagrams but I am not sure about the driver's side under the seat? Can you tell me what the wiring is going to? This guide can help you test the connections:
